Dana McMenamin

Dana McMenamin is a musician and vocalist who has been performing for over 25 years. She has been playing the piano and guitar for over 15 years and has been teaching voice, piano, and guitar for over a decade. She traveled all over the country with the California Baptist University Women’s Choir while studying vocal performance and music composition. She was the music director of her church for 6 years and even spent a summer in Kosovo teaching students how to
process emotions and feelings through music. Dana has been working for the Walt Disney Company since 2014 as a proud cast member within Imagination Campus. She was involved in the development of the Disney Performing Arts educational workshop Music 101 & Music 101 Jr., which explored music theory, acoustics and storytelling to inspire students and taught them how to analyze the strategic use of music throughout the Disneyland Resort. She has been a musical director for multiple years at Yorba Linda Spotlight, and some of her favorite shows she’s worked on are 13: The MusicalPeter and the Star CatcherDisney’s DescendantsElf The Musical, and her personal favorite, Legally Blonde. She specializes in classical, jazz & Broadway vocal stylings as well as helping her students improve their vocal range and stamina. She is a huge fan of vocal health and preserving the beauty of each person’s voice through her exercises and teachings. She is passionate about helping people find the confidence & courage within to be the best performer they can be. She believes music, and a dash of red lipstick, has the power to heal and change lives.
